Club Siam Glowfish at Siam Patumwan House Building is a stylish and professional meeting venue that provides a range of flexible working spaces with full facilities of F&B service.

We were approached to do design and build of a heavy-duty kitchen in a space that isn’t originally fit for a kitchen due to concerns of MEP work, ventilation system, proper drainage, and most important, adequate kitchen equipment for food production to cater this venue.

After several brainstorming sessions, and careful selection of equipment with back up calculations from equipment suppliers, we finally came up with a compact yet productive kitchen within budget for this stylish and interesting venue.
