IZ6 ( ELECTRIC)
The first electric oven in the world, as in a traditional wood oven. IZ6 has a cooking chamber capacity of 6 pizzas per time. Oven bakes constantly at 450°C and higher. After the sytem has been switched off after 10 hours the oven will still be at 220°C, and 24 hours later, it will still be at 100°C. The next day, when you turn it back on, it will heat up starting from a high temperature allowing a remarkable energy savings.
